Derby Doc's Speed Shop 2.0
We’ve been tossing around the idea of giving the Derby Doc website a makeover for a while now. Some pages had links that didn’t work and there were a few things we wanted to streamline. Instead of giving it a makeover we scrapped the entire website and worked with a professional to give [no advertis...

Re: Questions for the Pro's & my comments & reques
Sporty..When I won the modified title at pwd racing, I built 1 car. I got lucky with it, and ran it for 12 months straight. During those 12 months, I ran 4 sets of the Derbyworx RS wheels, and I think that a fresh set helped me about every 3 months since the aluminum track can wear down a set of thi...

Re: Some of my previous cars
I was lucky enough to find this picture of the car before it was shaped up, and painted. It was a challenge to get the car to 5 oz. I actually used lead to weight the car also. I melt it myself, and pour it directly into the pocket so there are no voids like tungsten would have. Its a little hard to...

Re: Some of my previous cars
WOW, incredible looking. What is your paint equipment? Rattle cans or something more advanced? My wife is looking for Christmas gift ideas and I've been thinking I should go for some paint stuff but I don't even know what to ask for. I use a small 3 gallon compressor, and a harbor freight gravity f...

Re: Some of my previous cars
Great cars!!! How did you do the two colors on the harley car? Paint it one color and then tape it off for the second color? Yes, I always spray the light color first, then I use some 1/8" wide tape that I get from a body supply store to tape the car. Its very easy to tape up curves, and stuff...

Some of my previous cars
I enjoy seeing everyone post pics of their cars, and paint jobs. I thought that I would show a few of mine. http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc273/pineracer/Picture288.jpg http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc273/pineracer/Picture141.jpg http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc273/pineracer/Picture05...

Re: Cheapest Gas in Your Area
Filled up my truck this evening for $1.58 per gallon. The pump cut off at $24. Back in the summer, it was costing me over $60 to fill up.
Does anyone think that we will see $0.99 anywhere? Im predicting $1.39 but I cant imagine it getting any lower.

Re: Harbor Freight 15% Off Coupon
Thanks for the link. We have a new Harbor Freight store in town. I still use their $15 paint guns even now. I have picked up several useful tools from them.
