We have had very good luck with Krylon brand in rattle can.
If it is not enough gloss for you, you can always go gack over it with a clear gloss.
A primer coat or a clear sander sealer helps, especially if using lighter colors.

Outlaw class car setup

Our rules state that you can't reshape the wheels.Does this mean that you can't remove excess material from inside the wheel or cone the hubs? Thoughts anyone.
