there's nothing against the Cub Scout trying to improve the performance of the car between races within the rules - as long as it's the same car. Last year, our district race was canceled so we had two bodies completed, painted and ready for wheels. My youngest Jaden (Tiger Cub) is in a newly formed pack. This was the first year for him, and for many of the boys in the pack. Was fun seeing how much things had changed since my days of PWD.
