Randy, Thanks for the reply. There was no error log file under that directory, so I assume that no errors were generated. My Dazzle D90 is plugged directly into the USB port and does show up in RaceReplay. The program allows me to select it as an input device. It could be the stuff under the advance...

I tried the demo version of RaceReplay. It runs and all the screens and menus work, but all I get is a blank window when I try to do live preview or video capture. Has anyone else run into this? Our 3 lane track uses the same cleat method to connect the track pieces except we do not have the sheet metal plate (shown as "H1" in the plans). Does this plate seem to help alignment at all?

Interesting - I'm building a finish line gate and had the exact same thing happen. It worked at above 5 or so inches out in the open on my bench, but not reliable at 6 inches.
