I found a drilling block with a 2.5 degree canted slot. Now how do I go about creating a rail rider with a straight dominant front wheel?

Ok. Short story...hopefully. Built a car long wheel base, rail rider, bent axles (2.5 degrees in rear and 1.5 front). We won. Well, Regional rules came out. They are OK with extended wheelbase but you may only sand/polish axles. NO other alterations may be made (i.e. Bending) Only thing I can think ...

Sorry for that late response. We were able to secure a better track for the PWD. It ended up being a "Best Track" I believe. We took first place with times of 3.104 to 3.074. Not bad for our second year. Now off to Regionals.

So apparently our pack's PWD track is in rough condition. (Aluminum track, non-smooth transitions) I've heard conflicting information on multiple websites regarding rail-riders vs. straight run cars. I would value the experienced competitors opinions about how to address this problem and still have ...
