Ok, the track my brother and I built is really cool. 4 lanes with gate at 34', or 42'. I have a home made track made out of smooth masonite with four coats of gloss polyurethane. The timing gate is set at exactly 34', my fastest car is 2.693. My grandsons car ran 2.745 on this track, and took 1st place at his pack race on a two lane Best track with the gate at 35'10", with a 3.08...
