Requested pics back up...
Note I found that instead of 3-M anti skid tape, I used some of the rubberized shelf paper type stuff to use over the worn slow down ramps.
I simply used thumb tacks to hold the strips down to change them out if needed. This stuff works great!

It is a fake cut out. Its really just a small piece of wood glued in place for the effect.

Nice Job Dan!! :mrgreen: I hadn't thought of reducing the length of the hub. I had been thinking if the alignment was off a little the "wider" wheelbase would be more forgiving so the car wouldn't ride the rail as much. I also mistakenly figured it would make the car to tight to the rail. ...
