wheel coating

Post by wedgie »

I have read on here that a lot of folks dont like the ultra shinny wheels that you can make by polishing in graphite in to the tread but here is a good one for the kids, so its not to slick and could possibly skid or slide. Use a very soft lead pencil tip with wheel chucked up in a mandrel and drill rub the pencil tip against the spinning wheel and wow what a nice surface that is not too slick but very smooth and a coating that WILL NOT pick up track debry. Best part the kids love it and think its the thing that makes their car the fastest thing on the track. The WEDGE is the law of the land.
gonna pull out another wedgie again this year
