I bought a wheel shaver and played with it some. I find that wheels that spin smoothly before I shave them, mayl spin with violent wobble after shaving some, even though they are obviously much rounder.
This makes me wonder if the wheel shaver in fact will un-balance wheels. If the mold is pretty good, and the wheel is only distorted when it is removed, I can see the wheel balance could become worse when material is removed by shaving, even though it is actually rounder.
Has anyone experienced this?
After using wheel shaver.......a lot of wobble when spinning
