Longer Dual wheel axels

I bought a few 18 wheeler trucks from the Canadian Boy Scouts and am off on one of my own projects that requires "dual" wheels (and thus the longer axel). Does anyone know of any sources for just axels or axel/wheel combos like you can get for standard BSA derby racers?
