Council Race is ON

Hope everyone is having a great summer!
I just got word that our Council has decided to hold it's annual race. In August.
The politics and poor decision to cancel it earlier in the year aren't important
ANYWAY...
Will's car has been on a display rack since March.
The car won District on a 40' Besttrack. 4 heats sub 3 sec.
4 heats with an average of 3.0042.
Set up as 3 wheeled RR. RF Dom.
The picture of the car is on the Photo forum under Will's Car.
Besides blowing out the old graphite/dust and re-applying fresh graphite, and checking the alignment what should we look for and do to prep?
I have no details about the Council race.
Based upon past years we are assuming the race will be ran on a 32' wooden track.
Thanks,
G
