2nd in wolves and 3rd overall. His first race of the day was a dead heat (going to 10,000's place using Grand Prix software). He beat the 1st place wolf in the finals losing only to a bear and webelos. It was 42' best track. Considering that we weren't rail riding or lifting a wheel and our COG wasn't super aggressive, I was pretty happy.
My others son's car was off the pace by a couple 100ths so he was 4th in the webelos and didn't advance to finals. That was expected because we had to patch together his car because he dropped it after the pack races.
The only surprise is that the winning car overall crashed in one race and they re-ran the heat rather than giving him the DQ.
