I've got a couple old 3/8" hand drill chucks laying around. That should work as a pin vise.

Thought I'd share this handy little tool to the topic.
Drill press.. dont have one to use!
The hand drills you have are to heavy to hold and you wish they were smaller in size.
And the pin vise drilling wears your wrist out when drilling alot of axle holes with the jigs by hand.
