I used Teflon nail polish. Let it harded and sand the rub graphite into it. Too lazy to insert a drawer slide.

"Wheel bearings, washers, and bushings are prohibited." This is from the Rules-In-The-Box, and originates from Don Murphy's 1953 rules. I am not sure how the original rule against washers was intended to be applied. Early wheels were very different, and the context of the early rule wording implied that washers might have been used to provide a performance function similar to wheel bearings and bushings. Similarly, the prohibition of springs might have intended to forbid wind-up devices or other mechanisms that stored energy, rather than, say, suspension systems.Vitamin K wrote:Are washers that much of a benefit?
