Nice Looking car Joe!
Like your style on this one.. the air covers for the wheels are nice looking as well.

Tried to use a little bit of your concepts on this wack'ed out Rat Rod.
Think I'll call this one Bad Paint... Just take a look at the paint job. ;)

Dang Whoda, that's crazy looking, but I like it. I really appreciate your woodshaping abilities. Paint it with something glow-in-the-dark and it'd be awesome, come Halloween. ;)

Do you just make cars to make them, or do you display them at shows or something?

Mark,
You know that I an a huge fan of your work...
And your cars are some of my favorites...
That being said...
I have to admit that I am at a loss on what to say about this one...
Was this one built when you were running a high fever months ago?

Funny you say that Joe.. This car was built just after seeing your car Angela posted.
(And yes.. to day I'm at home with heat stroke.)

Dang bro! Get some rest and feel better!

I like that last photo!

The clear cover is just some clear packing tape.

Every time I try Monokote it comes out looking like a wet sock, or the Hindenburg.

From the photos of Angela..
It looked like you use a liquid glass epoxy resin or something.

Ha! That thing is really a mess Whoda. Not photoshop! Just poor photography.
I ripped that cover off and got down to the very serious business of figuring out how to get a smooth cover on one of these things, and I just may have hit upon a solution.

OK Joe,
I'm seeing several square chunks of something in the last photo!
I'm probably way off with what I think your using as a filler for all the open cut outs on your car.

Candle wax chunks look a lot like.. to what I think I'm seeing in the photo.
But knowing you.. it's probably some type of plastic for modelling like polymorph pellets. :idk:
I do hope you'll be offering up some of your cool colored light weight wood filler soon.

If you ever come up with a batch of it that glows-in-the-dark..
you'll let VK & I know won't you. :eager:

Nice job with the colored filler Joe!
