New Member Registration Fixed

I didn't realize it until someone emailed me, but the user registration has been broken since the end of February. I had been so busy with other things that I had not noticed the lack of emails to activate new users. This has been fixed now. I have gone through and activated the pending members. Sorry for the delay.
