Software with internal timer???

After more looking around it looks like the newbold product is the one that I want. After you look at so many different timers you kinda forget what eveything had to offer. Now I just have to get the group to go in with me to get this. What they are thinking is to modify the existing finish line setup for time. At the same time we are getting a new $700 track but staying with the cheap finish line. Hopefully I can get them to upgrade Sorry for all the confusion in the first part of my questions.
