question about numbering limitiations in GPRM
Is there a limit to the number of digits that a racer number can be? I typically use 3 digits, but wondering if there is an upper limit

Re: question about numbering limitiations in GPRM
With GPRM, car numbers can be from 1 to over 32,000, as long as each racer has a unique car number.

How does the added digits affect the display on the big screen - does the grid resize the font to keep the column the same width, or is it going to push the rest of the row to the right?

That depends on if it exceeds the width of the column title. If not, then no rescaling. If it does, then fonts will be resized down a bit.pack529holycross wrote:How does the added digits affect the display on the big screen - does the grid resize the font to keep the column the same width, or is it going to push the rest of the row to the right?

Re: question about numbering limitiations in GPRM
On a related note.. is there a way to separate out on another screen the "leaders board" portion of the racing display?
Because I had that sizing issue with the pictures pushing down the names, i had to minimize the bottom, and thereby eliminating the ability to show the leaders board and heat winners tabs underneath
thank you in advance for any thoughts

How much screen space you have will be dependent on your screen resolution. It isn't always possible to fit all of the info that we would like and to have it be visible enough for the audience. You could always turn off the image column. You would still see the racer images on the Heat Winner section and the track record notice.pack529holycross wrote:Because I had that sizing issue with the pictures pushing down the names, i had to minimize the bottom, and thereby eliminating the ability to show the leaders board and heat winners tabs underneath
