GPRM Import

Post by hatfam »

Is there a way to import the roster from a previous race?

Our situation is like this. They run the scout race first. After it is over we run an "open" race where anything goes and is open to everybody. A lot of the scouts that run in the first race add weight to their car and run in this second race. I am running the race and would like to import the previous roster and then delete and/or add new racers to save time. Is this possible?

You can export your roster from the one data file and import it into a new data file. Above the list of racers is a button bar. Use the green X button on that bar to export your rosters as a CSV file. Then use the import button on the registration tab to pull that data into your new data file.

You will need to modify your groups before you import the CSV, so everyone is put into the same group.
