Cool colors while keeping it light

Post by M7 Racing »

All of our experience is with pinewood cars and automotive paint, however with our rockets we want to try and keep it ultralight. We have already used sanding sealer and want to put one light coat of paint on the rockets. We have used Krylon in the past, however the boys would like to try some wilder "floresent type" colors. Any suggestions on lightweight, kid friendly, cool color spraypaint?

Hi-Liter markers are the best way to go without adding any weight.
Thanks !!!

If you have a hobby shop close by that deals in radio control you can use an iron on covering like Monokote. That's what we used on the last space derby and won 1st in the district.
