Council is on the 14th, so we've got some time to dial it in. It's 1/4 oz. light, so we'll play with that.

Daughter's Girl Scout car. All show, no go. Best time of 3.32 on 40' track. Won Best in Show for Brownies.

Pretty cool. What are the stats on the Bear car?

Those are some very cool looking cars.. marriott 211,
Where did your son find the driver seen in the car?

And your daughter's Gril Scout car.. WOW!
She really put alot of work into makeing that shoe/flats car.
What type of automobile can be spelled the same forwards & backwards?

Thanks for the compliments guys!

What stats do you want on the Bear car? I'll be honest, it was dumb luck on the speed. With 4 wheels down, running straight, it was in the 3.25 range on a 40' track. With the rail rider setup (which a friend did for me) we dropped to the 3.07-3.12 range.

The driver head is from an old Revell 1/25 kit that included a trailer, toolbox and pit equipment.

Finished 11th out of 118 at Council with a total time of 6.161 over 2 heats on a 40' aluminum track. Ran 3 heats, dropped the slowest. 3.080 and 3.081. Fastest time at the race was a 3.019!
