Need to build a budget car holder, for transportation. Shipping or just for handling.
Here is a option for you.
A sponge, for washing your car. $1.00 at most typical stores.
Cut it in 1/2 down the middle. length size, side wise.
Set you car in the center of it and mark where the wheels are with a marker and use sissors or exacto to cut out, You do this for the top and bottom piece.

The size of box we use is 8x4x4, you can get them from uline. Also other vendors sell little kits like this for $4 to $5. Not including shipping.
We used a piece of card board from work, a skid sheet from a pallet and traced and cut out a box, from what I had bought a few years ago. to save money.
In all a $2.00 investment total and kids had fun.
Now the foam on the box, was $9 kit from wal-mart in the craft deparment, colored adheasive foam backing.
