2013 awana cars
I had my boys do nearly all the work themselves this year, even using the scroll saw.
I think they have done pretty well so far.
If you don't take your fun seriously, who will?

Looks great, Steve. I don't know if I could have gotten my boys to do something so intricate. Love the look of the raw wood one.

After paint and decals.
We printed designs onto shipping labels, cut them out and stuck them on.
Ran out of time tonight, gotta do weight and alignment tomorrow night.
The race is on Wednesday night.

Re: 2013 awana cars
Had our race tonight. 21 cars, my boys finished first and second with the green one taking top honors.
No placing in the design category however. pretty good night. Hopefully my boys have been encouraged to work hard on next years cars.
