This is a derby evolution body and His fenders. balsa fenders.
I tried some green dye and I wanted emerald green, but that's not what I got, I did not mix it right. and I ran into some problems. But so far, it's okay.
Its got weight in it already, but I may have to take some out, lol.
No wheels or axles on it yet.

It's a dye for wood. Used for guitars. It was like $6 on ebay. I can get a pic of the stuff tommarow. 4 u.

Was the wood dye you used a distilled water mix.. or an alcohol mix for fast drying..
and non-grain rasing?
I've used the trans tint brand dyes with abrasive pads like maroon mirlon on a few wood projects.
Never gave much thought to useing the wood dyes on Pwd cars.. I like how it looks.
