Full blown in the heart of America

Post by sporty »

Thats right, key hot spot time for all those pinewood derby races, some packs had theres all ready but in the next few weeks, many packs are having there races.

I wish all those racing a great and fun time. It's just a derby race after all.

Those memories will pass on with your kids and they perhaps someday will do them with there own kids in the future. By then grandpa or great grandpa or ma, you will be, watching from the seats.

No matter if you win or loose, enjoy it and have a nice day at the races.

Sincerely,

Sporty

Derby is this Thursday!!! Set up our new 42 foot Best Track today for the first time this morning. Lot of work, but very cool!

Reading some times on here, we still have some work to do. My boys and I are stoked! This was our first chance to see our times and run on aluminum without being at districts. We may not win, but it'll be close!

Thanks everyone for the information and support!

I found DT only after our race last year. Lots of show but no go. This year we hope to go. After reading DT for a year we have high hopes for this Thursday.

Thanks, Sporty. Our first workshop was Saturday morning. Our derby is March 9, so we've got a few more workshops left this derby season.

Thanks Sporty and all the others on DT that have contributed to our sucess in our Pack derby this year! We had a great run this year and continue to grow our knowledge and fun. You are right, the look on my sons' faces when they received their trophies will be memories I will cherish forever.

Thanks Sporty,

Our Swan Song begins this Friday night. We'll be racing in a new district on a new track (SuperTrack) so I have no idea what to expect.

You're welcome all.

I dont know how much I have left in me, to come and help on the level that I do, I take it day by day. I dont view everything anymore, like I use to. So there are posts and ect, I miss. So, I take it day by day and see how It goes.

Im just glad I can help those who want to learn.
