I have been a long Time reader of this forum and first time post... My son is now a Webelo II and I can't move on from Pinewood Derby racing without letting ALL of you guys know how much my son and I have appreciated and benifited from the knowledge you have share with us other Scouts and Parents.
Without your help my son and I would have never figured it out on our own how to build a fast car. After his first 4 years of finishing somewhere in the middle of the pack. I decided to purchase a used track and our journey began. In Short he finished 1rst in 2014 in his Pack 2nd in the Districts. 2015 1rst and now on to the Districts. THANKS GUYS!!

Hi and :welcome: Camracer!

Like you.. when I first started here on DT..
I had toubles when trying to post photos as well to topics as well.

To get your photos to show up on your topic..
You'll need to use the IMG code for forums & messages bords.
It's the 2nd one down on tinnypic after you've uploaded the photo..
just copy and paste it to your topic here on DT.

Also you'll want to make your photo size 640 X 640.

Good luck Camracer.
Whoda.

Edit: That was Fast! ;)
And nice looking cars .. I like the green gas monkey car decal..
But that superman $ decal is well..

Thanks Guys!
Yeah I like the green one too. Being fans of the show. Green was a color he decided on and we had it leftover from another scout project. We used the printable waterslide decal paper for the decals.
His times on 32ft Freedom Aluminum test track was avg. 2.264 and Best Aluminum pack track avg. 2.462 running oil which is allowed for the first time this year.

Again, Thanks to everyone for sharing your knowledge with us.

Happy Birthday BSA!!
Enjoy Scout Sunday Everyone!
