I recently got the game and wanted to share my review of it.

This game is kind of a pain,

While it does allow you to do some neat things.

The sanding / painting / prep process.

well you can spend over 1 hour just doing that, with the mouse and mouse button. Allot of clicking.

I got tired of doing it.

Thats the biggest down fall of the game and yet its the biggest part of the game.

The race scenes are okay.

but this game would bore a kid, pretty fast with all the time spent on sanding / painting and prep work.

They should have made that part a little easier. Kids want to have more fun than what this game really offers.

Great to try, but over working the mouse to do everything sucks.

Once again, you hit the nail on the head.

I purchased a copy when it first came out and was marvelously disappointed in the game for the reasons you mention. Only started it up once, and then uninstalled it after about 45 minutes.
