Previously Race Car is a winner again. Is that a problem?

Thanks for the feedback. We did not have a rule that cars had to be built in a certain year or that previous winners could not race again. So that is something the committee will consider going forward. Thanks fr the feedback.

I think you should incourage that rule to be inforced but its probablly just the parents fault for not spending time with there child and not making a new car. :x
