I have noticed (more recently) the number of members on Derby Talk named Randy (myself included).
Reminds me of the Bruce sketch from Monthy Python. Seems some of the lines went like this: "My name is Bruce, this is Bruce, this here is Bruce and thats Bruce." "Your names not Bruce? Do you mind if we call you Bruce just to keep it straight? All right then." I can't help it, it just seems funny to me! Odd, I was thinking something more along the lines of the Daryls on the old (actually newer old) Bob Newhart show. As in:
Hi, my name's Larry. This is my brother Darryl, and this is my other brother Daryl. Not sure who would play Larry though? Maybe Stan? Hi, my name's Stan. This is my brother Randy, and this is my other brother Randy (and this is my other brother Randy, and this is... and so on...). Has a nice ring to it. Not everybody needs to be a Randy. You know, I must attract other Randys somehow.
