Just thought I'd say Hi and introduce myself. I am a new Cubmaster so our PWD in Feb. will be my first. So thanks for the info.

Welcome aboard! Please give us something besides "CM924" to call you, though.

Opps sorry about that Stan. My name is Jeff, I live in Nashville, TN and was recently asked to be Cubmaster for Pack 924 (about two months now) I am feeling my way around as this is my first time on the merry-go-round, but it has been fun so far.

Great, Jeff! Pleased to meet you.

New Cubmaster? I've been there ... I didn't duck quickly enough either. :)

But the kids are fun to work with, and the adults are, too.

Be sure to check out your local district Cub Scout Leader Roundtable ... You can get a lot of information, program ideas, and contacts (for borrowing program equipment) at Roundtable!

Your comment about not ducking fast enough is spot on. :?

But I want my son and the other kids to have a quality program and you can't sit on the sidelines and expect others to do all the lifting.

But watch out ... it is habit forming. My Cub Scout just celebrated his 29th birthday! And is bringing on another Cub Scout in the next few years ... His son is 15 months old!
