Totally way off topic - I have this pile of compass points that I am sorting for those who have earned them, and some of them are "thicker" than others, I.E. from the surface of the patch to the most extruded section are about double the thickness of others in the pile. Is the South Compass Point, for example, intended to be thicker or larger, or is this more of an abberation in production"?
Thank you in advance for your info

Re: WEBELOS Compass PPoints
I would reason it's probably just a manufacturing discrepancy.
I don't know of any set design for a certain compass point to be different than the others.
Never really noticed, though, and I've been the advancement chair for the past 4 years and have seen a fair number of points.
That is odd.
