What's going on Speedster?

Not sure how to reply to your topic..
But the sweetest day for me would be to wake up and be vertical from a bad dream of wreaking my Red Bull soapbox derby car.
And then to find out that the feathers on my back were from the feather bed.
Oh how I most of had to much Red Bull last night.. and all this time I thought it gave me wings! LOL!

No the sweetest day would have to be when all this covid stuff is over.. because I have been spending way to many late night hours at work lately.

Many, many, many years ago I forgot to get my VERY special one a gift for Sweetest Day. I thought perhaps I could help someone else by reminding them of this very special day. I'd like to add something even though it's too late at this point. If your very special one is a member of "Weight Watchers", don't get that special one a box of candy. Just a suggestion.

I have my 2021 calendar marked.

:scratching:
SO let me get this right..
The wife got you chocolates for sweetest day to commemorate your love and your complaining because they were not weight watchers chocolates!

Speedster:
Did you ask you're wife if she re-packaged the chocolates in to a different box with out the WW logo on the box.
You should fell lucky you got something from her.. heck I never knew that Sweetest day is a holiday for us men.. all I got from the wife was nothing on OCT 17th!

So now I'm off to tell the wife that she missed sweetest day for us men.. and if I get a mouth full of hot air from her.. well at least that's something. ;)

:paperbag:
I've always been one to not remember the year of are Anniversary date:
And my wife always get's on to me some what about not remembering it .. So you want to know what I did to help my self remember it?
I made a wooden sign with are last name on it that also says Est 1. 31. 02 and hung it up by the front door .. I see it ever day and the date is now drilled into my mind.
And out of all things .. Oct the 17th is when I hung the sign up this year.

EDIT:
So I guess I did get something on Sweetest Day after all.

Whoda.

Soooo, Mr. Whoda, you forgot your WEDDING ANNIVERSARY one year!!!!
What model new car did you get your wife after you forgot your Anniversary?

Here's some advice to all men in the world. September 20th is a very important date to me. It is my Birthday. When I receive a Birthday card I know it's time to concentrate on our Wedding Anniversary because that's the date we were married. It works every year. Now, where the Heck did I put my keys.

SWEETEST DAY.
Children love to get gifts.

Best Wishes to Everyone.
Bill
