No district race but MI has this!

We no longer have district sponsored races in MI but we have this. Council and field service councils are becoming irrelevant fast here in MI. They cut out all of the events that connected them to parents and packs and then they wonder why no one gave to Friends of Scouting. They cut the popcorn sale incentives so we're raising dues and no longer going to sell popcorn. I saw this and at first I thought maybe council was putting on a big Pinewood Derby Race! Then I realized it was another fundraiser and would cost a minimum of $1,500 to enter lol. It's just become one big fundraising machine and it's going downhill fast.
