Looking to find out how much I can actually do to the wheels to stay within guidelines. Can I lathe? Can I bore the outer hub? A little confused on what is allowed, if any.

HOLY SMOKE, jkidd, you live in Toledo, Ohio. Welcome to Derbytalk. I probably have your rules if you're in the Cub Scouts or Girl Scouts.
email me.

I just talked to John Kidd. Nice guy. He was given a set of #8 wheels by a friend. Yes, they are legal in the Commodore Perry District.
His Girl Scout daughter will be racing on February 11, 2018 at Jerusalem School, Curtice, Ohio. There are 70 Girl Scouts signed up so far. I'll be there all day. I'm the Inspector.
