New directions the best costumer service ever.

A cuppel of mounts ago I bought the Judge with a new startgate and light tree.with all the bells & whistels. Then I had some small probleams with the instalation and I broke a part on the lumator it was all my fault. but when I called Mr shreff he said just send it back and he would fix it and he did. Then my lighttree went down and Mr shreff stood behind his product and got my equipment back to me before my next race!!.I would just like to thank New Directions and Mr shreff for the BEST COSTUMER SERVICE I have ever had!!!! if your looking for new equipment that is wonderfully bult and backed by a grate warranty you can not go wronge with New Directions!!!
