Big Thumbs Up To Micro Wizard!!

Post by azgreg »

I would like to thank Stewart and all the great folks at Micro Wizard. I had an issue with the K1 kit that we purchased last year and never used. Stewart took care of th problem and had the kit back to us within a week. Great people. I encourage everyone to use them on electronic needs. Again Thanks Stewart and gang. :bigups:

I third that! With them literally in our back yard, it makes it even better.

He once came out to his shop at met us at midnight to diagnose and fix our timer the night before a race.

That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Thanks,

I too recently had MW trade some parts no questions asked, very fast, very inexpensive...and all due to an issue 'I' had, not with their product.

I sorta wish they would get into the SBD Timer business too...
