Here's a summary of what's new:
- Added a Quick Start Tutorial to get you up and running quickly for your race.
- Added a quick schedule generation feature. Now you can create a race schedule with the click of one button.
- Added the ability to ignore the slowest times when scoring by Times. Now, one bad race doesn't mean a racer has to be out of the running.
- Added the ability to select screen background color for all large font screens. This can help improve visibilty when using an projection system or large TV for the audience.
- Added the ability to automatically advance the racing screen to display the next heat, with a configurable time delay.
- Added report filters so you can see just the data that you want to see and print.
- Added the ability for the software to detect which specific parallel and serial ports that are installed on the computer. This makes it easier to setup and test your electronics.
- Added a report to display the race schedule matrix by racer name.
- Added the ability to display only partial racer names on reports so they can be exported and safely posted to a website.
- Added scale speed to the Heat Results report and average speed to the Round Standings reports.
- Added a new type of Lane Rotation Chart, called a Clustered chart. Now you can race small groups of racers through all lanes and then move on to the next cluster of racers.
- Added the ability to start a Normal Lane Rotation Chart from a random number, instead of always the number 1.
- Added a menu option to purge an entire race roster.
- Added the ability to leave the track record holder's name blank, instead of "John Doe".
- Made the number of finalists to advance to a new or Grand Finals round independent of the number of top finishers displayed in the Standings screen.
