Second year District and Pack PWD Chair here ...
To help keep clarify things during wheel inspection I thought there might be someone that has created an inspection sheet for wheels. Kind of a go - no go sheet for an inspector to review if there are questions on his part and I might not be nearby to clarify at the drop of a hat.
Purpose being to provide some consistency and keep thing rolling. I can create something after grabbing some photos off the net, but having a tool that has passed muster during an inspection period is very helpful. Also nice to show an adult that disagrees with a judgement.
