According to the Library, Troy Thorne's book, 2013 Edition, Build a Winning Pinewood Derby Car, is not a magazine, it's a workbook. The library finally got me straightened out on that. The Lucas County Library will be carrying Troy's workbook soon and has removed the book that is presently available and tells you what to do with the 1999 mold wheels.
Those of you who are familiar with Troy's book and like it might consider contacting your County Library and try to get them to carry it. They might have something offered now but if it still shows 1999 wheels it is way out of date. A lot of folks will use the library as opposed to spending the $9.99 plus shipping.
Also, with the Library you will have it immediately.
