The only thing I can figure is it must be Joe Bidens old car. He introduced the "RAVE" act to congress.

I think Sssnake is right with its implied connection to Biden -- but I think it is still a joke -- notice it was placed in the "Go Karts: High Performance" category in ebay -- rather than the typical model kits, toys or Boy Scouts memorabilia categories...

I believe it is definitely a joke. On reading the entire ad: payment methods excepted- barter or C.O.D. ?
shipping instructions- will only ship 4th class?

P.S. Joe biden was in his thirties in 1981. I believe "coming out " refers to his stand against same sex marriages.
