Axle Oiling

Hi, I just recieved the Krytox surfactant mix, it says to spray Dupont teflon spray on the axles and bores prior to lube, is this standard?

Slalom, I believe this is the "wax and teflon combination" Sporty referenced earlier.

Thanks! new to all of this, hope I don't screw it up:> I bought the oil from [no advertising allowed for this vendor], he sent the instructions stating to spray the teflon spray "found at lowes in a blue can", He seems like a stand up guy, is he on this board?
